It is my pleasure, on behalf of the AIST-Northern Chapter, to invite you to attend / exhibit at the 2013 Product & Service Fair, Tuesday, March 19th, at the Hamilton Convention Centre.

The objective of event is multi purpose:

Last year,we had a brief presentation on new projects that are in the planning stage, to allow companies to be aware and follow up for potential new business. This was scheduled prior to exhibition opening, to allow exhibitors to participate, and was well received. We are expanding this portion for this year, and are finalizing content. We hope that this will be a benefit to your company to increase sales.

Another improvement for this year, is to start the dinner with Keynote Presentation earlier, again to allow exhibitors to attend dinner/presentation and take down after dinner. Dinner will be held in the exhibition hall to, again for ease of exhibitors, avoiding the shuffle, and time, going to upstairs ballroom. We feel this arrangement will maximize exhibition / networking time right up to dinner, again increasing the opportunity for increased business.
